Individual Therapy
I grew up performing—captivated by the magic of becoming someone else and telling stories that stirred emotion and sparked connection. Acting wasn’t just a passion; it was a way to safely practice connection and communication.
As a therapist, I bring the same creative spirit into our work together. Using talk and drama therapy techniques—like role-play, improv, storytelling, and games—I’ll support you in exploring your identity, reconnecting with what matters most, and making sense of your experiences. And listen, if you don’t want to do drama therapy, that’s okay. I can chat away with you regardless.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent folks, creatives, high achievers, and anyone navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, loneliness, burnout, or executive functioning challenges—all things I, too, wrestle with. Together, we can examine the stories you carry—the roles, expectations, and beliefs that shape you.
Heads up! I'm not a robotic therapist. Sessions with me can be both playful and blunt. If you're looking for a place where you can explore yourself freely, with someone who will do the same, we might be a good fit!
Please feel free to schedule a free video consultation—I'd love to connect.
Group Therapy
Caitlin Ruby Miller and I are in the process of developing a drama therapy tarot group. Before we launch that, we want to test some of our interventions and ideas with the public. This first iteration of our group is free, as we’re still exploring what we want it to become.
